Open Question: Settlement visa has been denied by UK Embassey, Nepalm, how to make a successful appeal?
My mother, a sister and a brother applied for settlement visa. My mother has been granted Indefinite Leave to Enter UK, while my bother & sister has bee been denied . The reasons they gave were:
They live with other elder brother and sister there fore they are not directly dependent on our father. (this is false reasoning)
Embassy think my brother and sister might have worked to support themselves while they attended their college again making them not directly dependent on our father (this is also a false reasoning)
The balance of funds as shown in bank statement is not sufficient to over their studies if they were to resume their studies in UK. ( I do agree if my sister and brother were to resume their studies together he would not be able afford that)
I want to make an appeal against this denial. But how , can anyone make a better suggestions?
