I asked the question about expected and acceptable weight gain. I wanted to die when he told me that because I am overweight (200 lbs at 5′7″) that he did want me to gain weight. He said as I make the switch to healthy eating that I will be losing and gaining at the same rate so at the end of the pregnancy I should be at 200lbs. I was a college athlete and Im very solid. Granted, over the years, I have put on pounds but Im solid. I felt too embarrassed to ask any more questions. I’m 15, and my parents are middle class with 2 already in college and 1 in her last senior year at HS. Im in 9th grade, and currently working for scholarship at my local hospital with 230hours. I can get a $2000.00 schoalorship from the hispital toward my med. school. I have over $300.00 in my pockets cause of another job I work at. My bro is going to St. Thomas with his grant $ for 16k.
