Open Question: Are student loans and grants?

Are student loans and grants available to those who choose to get a degree online? I am in a situation in which I cannot go to a campus, I have a seven month old son and a husband who works full time. I would like to get my degree online, but are there ways to get grants and loans even though I am not physically going to a college/university?**Not husband, fiance. Open Question: Has anyone seen the new bill trying to be passed in Minnesota?

It is to get grants for college.. for immigrants.. they are protesting outside.. Saying.. 1. 2. 3. 4.. we don’t want to mop the floors….
